About Prime Chimney ST

Prime Chimney ST is the Seattle chimney company that got tired of how this industry treats homeowners — the scare tactics, the mystery quotes, the "you need a full rebuild" line that shows up no matter what's actually wrong. So we built the opposite. We serve the Greater Seattle area with chimney sweeps, safety inspections, masonry repairs, rebuilds, relining, cap installation, and gas fireplace diagnostics — all from one local crew that answers to you, not to a script.

We built this for homeowners who want honest answers and clear pricing without the runaround. Whether you live in a historic craftsman in Capitol Hill, a newer build in Bellevue, or a hillside home in Issaquah, you can schedule a service, request a free quote, or get help in a chimney emergency any day of the year. Every inspection is photo-documented. Every quote is itemized. If your chimney is fine, we tell you it's fine and we leave. If it needs work, we show you exactly what, why, and what it costs — before we pick up a tool. Our technicians are licensed, insured, and trained to spot the hidden issues — cracked flue liners, creosote buildup, carbon monoxide leaks — before they become costly or dangerous.

Prime Chimney ST is operated by a team of Washington chimney professionals with years of combined masonry and fireplace experience. We are based at 8414 7th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98106 and serve the Greater Seattle Area twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Every job is backed by our commitment to upfront pricing, photo-documented inspections, and workmanship that respects your home — no scare tactics, no mystery charges, no work you didn't agree to. That is why Seattle-area homeowners trust us with their chimneys, and why we remain available 206-739-0385, day or night, whenever you need a straight answer from a chimney expert.
